DAILY PRAYER GUIDE
In 1857, God began a great revival in Manhattan through a man named Jeremiah Lamphier. Today, we pray that God will re-dig the wells of salvation and revival that began in Manhattan, spurring our entire nation on to faith in Jesus.
SUNDAY
PRAYER FOR THE LOST "In that day you will say: Give thanks to the Lord, call on His Name; make known among the nations what He has done, and proclaim that His Name is exalted...with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation." Isaiah 2:3-4 Lord, we pray for a great and God-glorifying harvest of souls for those in NYC who have yet to give their lives to Jesus Christ! Prepare their hearts even now to hear the God News through the Luis Palau CityServe campaign. "And everyone who calls on he Name of the Lord will be saved." Joel 2:32
MONDAY
PRAYER FOR LUIS & STAFF Pray for Luis Palau and the local LPA staff. Pray that The Lord would guide their efforts and give them wisdom as they navigate the plans for this major initiative. "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and favor with God and men." Luke 2:52
Lord, we pray for your anointing, protection, favor and intercession on behalf of Luis Palau and the local LPA Staff, as well as the New York team, NYC intercessors and the National Women's Prayer Team!
TUESDAY
PRAYER FOR LOCAL COMMITTEE LEADERS "If you have any encouragement from being united in Christ, if any comfort from His love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being ONE IN SPIRIT AND PURPOSE." Philippians 2:1
Lord, we pray according to Ephesians 4:11-12, that all the gifts you have given to the local committee leaders will be used to lead and prepare the church and other organizations for works of service throughout this time. We pray for anointing over each committee leader and ask for a spirit of excellence and unity in every way.
WEDNESDAY
PRAYER FOR THE CIVIC LEADERS “The earth is the Lord’s and everything it, the world and all who live in it, for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters.” Psalm 24 :1-2
Lord, we come to you with humble yet high expectations and anticipation for what you are about to do in New York City and the surrounding areas. May your authority and power reach outwardly to the entire Nation! You are the Lord and authority of that powerful city and as we love and praise you we ask you to usher in the manifest presence of God in that place!
We pray that the civic leaders will welcome Jesus through the Palau Team efforts. Show the civic leaders your way so they may walk with you! Give them wisdom, grace and favor as they do the work in which they been elected to serve.
THURSDAY
PRAYER FOR PASTORS AND CHURCHES We thank You for what You are already doing in the hearts of the NYC pastors and churches. Thank You, Lord, that to date there are 700 churches and agencies on board! Thank You for each one and the vital part they will have in this initiative. Lord, please give wisdom, insight, discernment to each of these pastors as they lead their people during this critical period.

FRIDAY
PRAYER FOR THE MEDIA “For You O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor you will surround him as with a shield.” Psalm 5:12 We pray and we believe that Luis Palau and his team are blessed of You. May they be surrounded with your favor as a shield. We believe that your face shines upon them, that you are gracious to the Palau team as they minister in New York City. We pray that throughout the coming days and throughout this movement, all media (television, radio, billboards, internet, etc.) will be predisposed to want to bless and encourage them. We pray that this Gospel Movement will enjoy unusual cooperation and overwhelming goodwill in all their activities.
SATURDAY
PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN BUSINESS LEADERS "Seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” Jeremiah 29:7 Lord, may these leaders be blessed and highly favored. As they have refreshed others with their generosity, we pray for supernatural strength and energy, divine good health and prosperity on behalf of Luis, Andrew (LPA) their team and all our Christian Business Leaders partnering with you in bringing Christ to NYC!
